Cleanliness, friendliness, and a Starbucks oh, my! I went to the "secret" opening today. WOW! Do you know how many times I was asked "May I help you?" I was just "looking", but it sure was nice for someone to ask (hint to all you Wal-mart employees!) The clothing is cute and stylish and very well priced. Abby got some adorable new tennis shoes. We got a globe for our study (Scott's idea). I thoroughly toured the store and loved it! They have a starbucks and pizza hut in the store. Are you kidding me? 2 new starbucks that close to home. I can't wait until it gets cold because ya'll know I don't drink coffee, but I do love their white hot chocolate! For all you folks who missed the "secret" opening today, be there officially on the 29th. You will be pleasantly surprised at the service that awaits you. Take that Wal-mart!

Supposedly they will be having this "soft opening" the rest of the week until the grand opening on Sunday. I can't wait to check it out!

We went on Sat. night with our $5 off coupon and then I went back again on Sunday to get a few more things.
I was able to sweet talk another $5 coupon from the guy at the check out in electronics.
I sure do love a bargain! :-)
What is this globe you speak of...does that have to do with the internet :). Tell him to check out Google Earth -- it was totally free and way better :).
I hope Target stays that way...wish it was a Super, but oh well, beggars cant be choosers.
Well it happened...Target is already Wal-mart. Went in the first Friday after their opening weekend around 5:30. Had to do two things pick up my pictures I ordered and get a game for laura. Pictures were not there, sorry we erased your order because we cannot do online orders yet. Second went to the back where I could not find anyone to let me into the glass to get a game, so I pressed the button...lady said oh I know nothing about electronics and I think you need a key, someone will be around soon. After 15 minutes of waiting me and the three other people were helped. Take the game to the front...4 out of 18 lines open and backed all the way back to the clothes and purses behind the lines. So all in all I think I will stick with the cheaper Wal-mart if the service is going to be the same...so sad so sad....I had such high hopes.
